Council accepts L. E. Davis Construction contract for water system improvements
The council adopted a resolution to accept the contract with L. E. Davis Construction for water system improvements after the city attorney reviewed contract and specifications; the resolution was adopted unanimously.

Mayor Glenda Wiseman told the council that City Attorney Roger Morgan had reviewed the contract and specifications for the water system improvements project and recommended certification. The council read Resolution #7102025B and on a motion by Shawn Shelton, seconded by Lonnie Holt, formally accepted the terms and conditions of the contract with L. E. Davis Construction for the City of Big Flat water system improvements project; the minutes record a unanimous vote.
