At the end of the June 23 meeting Planning Commission members and staff recognized Commissioner Darren Rakeson (Rakison/Rakeson) on his final meeting. Staff presented certificates of appreciation signed by the mayor and city manager, and commissioners thanked him for his probing questions and attention to public process.
