Walton County’s TRC on Sept. 16 granted conditional approval for the Gum Creek Office Complex (project MIN2600061) so the applicant can move to the development-order stage, provided outstanding technical comments are resolved. Staff told the committee the resubmittal must satisfactorily address environmental planning comments and that the planning review found a discrepancy in floor-area-ratio calculations; engineering and environmental reviews were noted as outstanding.
