Board sets Oct. 7 continuance; instructs petitioners to correct exhibits and submit trust
Following procedural deficiencies—an absent full trust in one case and inconsistent surveys/site plans in another—the DuPage County board set Oct. 7 continuances and told petitioners to submit documents (full trust, current survey, clarified site plan) before the next hearing.

The board closed the Sept. 16 session by scheduling continued hearings for items with documentary deficiencies. For the sunroom matter, the chair required the petitioners to submit the full trust document (not only a certificate of trust or certificate of incumbency) and said they could file it by email. For the Lopez petition (case 26043), the chair noted the survey on file was dated 2016 and the site plan contained conflicting size markings; he allowed the petitioner to republish and set the matter for Oct. 7 to permit submission of an updated survey and corrected plans.
