The board adopted a SEQR negative declaration for the Summit Federal Credit Union project and granted site-plan approval conditioned on town legal and engineering sign-off and a prohibition on wall signs; both motions passed unanimously (7-0).

Representatives for Summit Federal Credit Union presented revised materials for Case No. 2026-028. After staff and board review, Mr. Russ Mitchell read a SEQR motion stating the action is an unlisted action that will not have a significant environmental effect; the motion carried 7-0. The board then read and adopted a site-plan resolution (standard form #20) based on plans by SWBR dated March 27, 2026 with a cover-sheet revision dated Aug. 12, 2026. The site-plan approval was conditioned on satisfaction of all Town legal and engineering requirements and included a specific prohibition on wall signs for this approval.
