Planning commission approves Gerber Collision site plan with conditions
On Sept. 17 the Cecil Township Planning Commission approved Gerber Collision's revised site plan (application 2026-0024), contingent on addressing items identified in Gateway Engineers' 09/15/2026 review; the application converts an existing facility into a body shop with parking and enclosed vehicle storage.

Frank Dutkovich, principal architect at CVG Architects for Gerber Collision and Glass, told the Cecil Township Planning Commission the company will “take the existing facility and convert it into a body shop and collision center for Gerber.” The revision includes expanded parking, an enclosed area for vehicles awaiting service, interior renovations and conversion of the rear half of the building to a body-shop workspace.
