The Planning & Zoning body voted to approve a partial right-of-way (ROW) vacation on Roosevelt Street during a reconvened session at 6:14 p.m., with Commissioner Chacon moving approval and the commission carrying the motion 4-0 (Commissioner Ward recused on the planning vote).
