Planning staff demonstrated an interactive Pasco 2050 map and swipe tool that lets property owners search by parcel ID or address to see how their parcel will translate from the 2025 plan to the 2050 map. Hayat showed a parcel example that translated from Res 6 to SDR 6 in the draft and told the commission staff had identified and addressed roughly 2,667 conflict‑zoning parcels while also documenting owner‑initiated requests for map changes.
