Administrator Carol presented an overview of the administrator's recommended FY2027 budget and urged commissioners to review the materials posted on the county website. "So, the budget is now live," she said, asking commissioners to examine the document before the finance committee's deep dives. She also introduced new staff additions: an ICMA fellow and an interim deputy county administrator, and said the administrator's office is now fully staffed to support the budget work.
