Community Development Director Michele M. Neckermann gave a status report on several active projects, citing the L-S School District, 1102 Willow Street Pike, 1624 Morningside Drive, Wiker Avenue, Country Meadows, Willow Valley Retirement Community, and 1618 Millport Road. She told the Board to recommend the 1618 Millport Road land-development applicant withdraw its plan until a Conditional Use hearing has been completed so the applicant’s submission window does not expire.
