Crow Wing County staff presented a land use map amendment application from Joseph and Lisa Hines seeking to rezone a 40‑acre parcel in Long Lake Township from Agricultural Forestry District to Rural Residential 10 to allow splitting the parcel into two 20‑acre tracts. "The applicant is requesting a land use map amendment for this 40 acre parcel," Nicolette read. No township or public comments were recorded, and staff recommended forwarding a recommendation of approval to the county board.
