At the Sept. 17 meeting Ethics Officer Elisa Murphy summarized the offices training and outreach work. Murphy said the office conducts in-person training sessions ("train the trainer" and other sessions) and maintains a public-facing education section that addresses conflicts of interest and gifts; she told the board "We have trained 1,117 new employees."
