The board approved a Temporary Conditional Use Permit allowing Adam Baker, DBA Detonation Alley, to operate a fireworks stand at 128 S Duwe Ave from June 20–July 7, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; Zoning Director Chris Brown said the application and surety bond were in order.

Zoning Director Chris Brown presented a Temporary Conditional Use Permit application for Adam Baker, doing business as Detonation Alley, to operate a retail fireworks stand at 128 S Duwe Ave from June 20 through July 7 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Brown said the application and surety bond were in order: "Everything's in order."
