Town staff announced an RFQ for a housing needs assessment and build-out analysis that closes Sept. 22 and outlined a proposed nine-month schedule for the study. Staff said the consultant selection process will include an administrative short-list and interviews; the RFQ requests a steering committee made up of the town administrator, planner, an affordable-housing committee member and one planning commission member to participate in selection and oversight.
