County Administrator Lucas Goff presented a proposed CDDO Affiliation Agreement with Envision, Inc. to the commissioners on Sept. 1, 2026. The Board voted to approve the agreement; the motion was moved by Vice Chairman Alan Groom and seconded by Chairman Jim Maxwell, with a recorded vote of 3-0 in favor.
