The Mission Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees on April 15, 2026, voted to approve Change Order #1 for the district's Facility Enhancement (SAFE) Project Packages #1, #3 and #4, as presented following executive-session discussion. The motion was made by Trustee Iris Iglesias and seconded by Trustee Jerry Zamora; the motion passed with four votes in favor, zero opposed and three trustees absent.
