Mayor Bodily demonstrated the city's new Caselle online dashboards at the Aug. 18 Lewiston City Council meeting and said the city will enable online billing in a couple of months. He described the change as intended to eliminate many of the manual accounting processes the city currently performs through Xpress BillPay.
