The Hazleton City Council held two closed sessions during its Oct. 15 meeting to discuss litigation strategy under Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c). The first closed session began at 6:45 p.m. after a motion by Robinson, seconded by Michels; roll-call ayes were recorded for Lujan, Horan, Michels, Vawter and Robinson. The council exited that closed session at 7:20 p.m.
