At tonight's meeting the commission took the following formal actions: RZ191208 (7734 Harmony School Road) was tabled because no applicant representative appeared; RZ191211 (1402 Henderson Mountain Road) was approved to rezone about 4 acres from AG to RR; RZ191212 (Fourmile Church Road) was approved to rezone about 5.2 acres from AG to RR; and RZ191213 (874 Fairview Road) was approved to rezone about 1 acre from RR to RB with conditions restricting operation to owner-only, limiting structure size, prohibiting outdoor seating and requiring on-site parking.
