Richardson Inspection Services provided updates on two enforcement matters recorded under old business. The minutes state Richardson "has filed a case with the District Magistrate" regarding property 210-S1-B4 (Hilliard); the owner is being fined and the township solicitor is involved. Separately, a Notice of Violation was prepared for property 210-3F27-20D (Kennedy) and was mailed via certified mail.
