Daniel officials open General Plan update to public input
Town officials held a public meeting Aug. 26 to solicit feedback on Daniel’s General Plan; planners said the document will guide future land-use decisions and residents urged ongoing participation.

Mayor Scott Kohler opened the town-hall meeting at 6:01 p.m., saying the purpose was to accept public comments on the Town’s General Plan, town code and land use. Planning Commission Chair Gary Weight told attendees that the Town is updating the General Plan and "encouraged those in attendance to think of changes, etc. that would make the Town a better place to live."
