Finance staff (identified in the record as "Miss Nicks") presented the district’s monthly financial reports for June, July and August and answered questions about a high August disbursement. She reported June receipts of $58,302.89 with disbursements of $47,299.24 and a bank balance of $1,095,151.23; July receipts of $62,957.43 with disbursements of $70,561.29 leaving $1,087,547.37; and August receipts of $61,946.91 with disbursements of $92,419.16 leaving $1,057,075.12.
