Wessler Engineering prepared an Enforcement Response Plan (ERP) intended for the Greene County Regional Sewer District Wastewater Treatment Plant; the board said the ERP is required and approved by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Allen Toon moved and Michael Turner seconded to adopt the ERP as presented; the motion passed 4-0.
