Council members discussed an OSHA complaint received anonymously alleging the City Manager performed flagging without a certificate and wore a purple high-visibility vest. Mayor Crystal Martin stated that all city staff have flagger certificates. City Manager Dawn Russ said she bought a new vest the morning she received the OSHA notice and later received a letter indicating the issue is resolved and that no further action is required.
