Gunnison County adopts first AI policy to govern software and data use
The Board adopted Resolution 2026-30, establishing Policy 1.2.7.1 on Artificial Intelligence to guide county software review, data handling, contractor use and to assert that the policy prevails over conflicting information; the vote was unanimous.
