Jessica Jones presented a schedule for the district's budget process, recommending a large SAM (staffing allocation methodology) workgroup convene in the fall, with the group's recommendations sent to the superintendent in December. "In January, we will be back here to share the outcomes and the recommendations for reductions with the school board," Jones said, and she outlined subsequent engagement and decision steps through the following June.
