Council signs LGIP documents, approves wastewater draft and routine agreements
Council signed previously approved LGIP documents, approved a revised wastewater engineering draft (removing an out‑of‑area overseer), signed pasture/lease agreements and monthly bills, and adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.

Mayor Andrea Combs read routine administrative items aloud while staff presented documents for signatures and final drafts. Council signed LGIP documents that had been previously approved, and Mayor Combs and City Manager Josh Walker executed the signatures on behalf of the city. Walker said HECO Engineering’s final wastewater draft had been adjusted to remove a requirement for an out-of-area project overseer to avoid delay; the council approved signing that draft so project work could proceed.
