The Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee on Aug. 18 approved an application from Tim Eastman for a covered deck at 99 West 200 South, subject to verification of the required setbacks. Committee members reviewed the submitted site maps and construction plans and noted the deck feature had been included in the home's original plans.
