Decatur parks reports small concession surplus, plans matching-grant fundraiser Sept. 4
Parks and Recreation Superintendent Cara Gerber reported end-of-year concession revenues of $84,584.81 and expenses of $82,306.09, leaving a $2,278.72 surplus; Gerber said landscaping and new lights were installed around the gazebo and announced a matching-grant fundraiser to be announced Sept. 4.
