Deputy Prosecuting Attorney III James McCubbin presented a litigation letter to ALSC Architects related to the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Improvement Project and asked the chair to sign the correspondence. Commissioner Laura Osiadacz moved to approve and sign the letter as presented; Chairman Brett Wachsmith seconded the motion and the motion carried 2-0.
