Cascade Board OKs HMK as owner's representative, authorizes contract finalization
The Cascade School District board voted to accept HMK as the owner's representative for its recently approved bond and authorized the superintendent to finalize and sign the contract, contingent on final contract terms. The Cascade School District board on Wednesday approved a resolution accepting HMK as the owner's representative for the district's voter-approved facilities bond and authorized Superintendent Mister Drill to finalize and execute the contract once negotiations are complete.
