The full story
I reviewed the draft articles and timeline against the meeting transcript and the provided issues checklist (spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation, misidentification, out_of_context, quantitative precision, process clarity, context clarity, agency clarity, question emphasis, omission, bias, duplicate). Most items were consistent with the transcript and attributions were limited to speakers explicitly named or functionally labeled. One transcription spelling inconsistency was identified in the minutes' attestation line: the clerk's name appears as "allyson R. Dtephens" in the transcript footer, which conflicts with the earlier and clearly stated spelling "Allyson Stephens." I corrected the clerk's name to Allyson Stephens in article references and speaker lists per the transcript's earlier explicit reference and standard capitalization.
