At its Sept. 3, 2026 special called meeting, the Meriwether County Board of Commissioners adopted the meeting agenda after a motion by Commissioner Adam Worsley and a second from Commissioner Bryan Threadgill. "A motion was made by Commissioner Adam Worsley and seconded by Commissioner Bryan Threadgill to Adopt the Agenda. All were in favor." The minutes list five commissioners present: Chairman Emmett Collins, Vice Chairman Jennifer Snelson, Commissioner Gene King, Commissioner Bryan Threadgill and Commissioner Adam Worsley.
