Treasurer asks board to permit temporary pledge of additional securities

Stephanie Gassmeier, identified as the county treasurer, told the board the county received unexpected real-estate-related receipts and asked for authority to pledge additional securities until balances are reconciled. "We were blessed to have some extra real estate paid at the beginning of the year, so I'm requesting extra securities to until that gets taken care of," she said during her presentation.
