The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors approved a Primghar Chambers County Buildings and Grounds application for an event called 'Scare on the Square' on Sept. 15, contingent on the group providing a current certificate of insurance that lists the county as an additional insured. Supervisor Friedrichsen moved the approval; Supervisor Rohwer seconded, and the minutes note the motion "carried by all ayes."
