The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors on Sept. 15 approved a utility construction application submitted by Osceola County Rural Water System to perform work in sections 30 and 31 of Center Township, between 380th Street and Silver Ave. The motion to approve was moved by Supervisor Rohwer and seconded by Supervisor Vanden Hull; the minutes record that the motion "carried by all ayes."
