Council adopted a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter a memorandum of understanding with Huber Heights City Schools to continue the school resource officer (SRO) program at First Street. City Manager John said he had consulted with the police chief and the superintendent and that the memorandum was the best path forward at this time.
