The Wapello County Board of Supervisors opened its Sept. 14 work session at 1:00 p.m. with Chair Darren Batterson presiding. Vice Chair Carrie Teninty moved to call the session to order, Supervisor Bryan Ziegler seconded, and the motion carried with all ayes.
