The board voted to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters including appointments, changes to the table of organization, promotions, compensation, collective bargaining, employment and discipline of public employees. After the executive session, the director of human resources requested approval of three appointments to fill vacant account clerk specialist positions in the Child Support Enforcement division.
