City planner Mike Marcus presented Resolution No. 17‑2026, seeking conditional approval of the final plat for Stone Mountain Village Filing No. 10, located at I Road and Full Moon Street. "This particular filing does appear to meet all of the city's criteria," Marcus said, and explained that final plats that conform to the preliminary plat do not require planning commission review; the resolution includes a standard condition that staff will re-check requirements before recording.
