A council member summarized recent hydrologic data and expressed concern about regional drought conditions. He said the Crystal River at the Hatchery was flowing at "8.8 cubic feet per 2nd, which is 12% of normal," Frying Pan at Meredith was "12 cubic feet per 2nd, which is 16% of normal," and the Roaring Fork at Glenwood was "271 cubic feet per 2nd" against an average of 747 cfs.
