The Watervliet Commission approved two contracts during the April 7 meeting. Commissioner Zach Smith moved to approve an agreement with Alan C. Smaka PE, PLLC; Commissioner Duane Cobb supported the motion and the roll-call showed ayes from Oliphant, Cobb and Mayor Muth and nays from Smith and Whitney, with Brinker and Bumstead absent; the motion carried.
