A representative for the Hillstone solar project (speaker 14) asked the board for another 180-day temporary occupancy extension while the project completes permitting steps and waits on the conservation district to sign off on the MPDS permit. The applicant said engineering calculations and a restrictor plate installed on Detention Basin 2 have been submitted and that landscaping and mowing are being maintained.
