At the Aug. 19 meeting Commissioner Cody Lathrop moved to postpone consideration of a Planning Department consulting services contract, saying the item should be discussed when the full board is present. Lathrop said the matter should be taken up at the next regular meeting on Sept. 2 when Commissioner Lisa Collier is expected to attend; Commissioner John Hillock seconded.
