The Unified Government of Cusseta–Chattahoochee County on Dec. 3, 2024 denied a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request from the Lopez family to replace an older mobile home at 105 Mustang Drive with a new manufactured home. The decision followed a public hearing in which neighbors urged the commission to preserve the street’s predominantly stick-built character.
