The council approved amendment No. 1 to the 12/05/2025 agreement with Strand Associates for bidding and construction-related services, accepting a $75,000 reduction in the company’s price. Staff told the council this was an uncommon concession by the firm and noted it was the first time Strand had offered such a decrease to the city.
