The Richmond Township Supervisors discussed upgrades to the Recreation Complex and plans to raise money for a playground grant. The Rec Board announced that Trunk-or-Treat will be held on Oct. 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Recreation Complex and said the grass area where the old grader was removed could be stripped and turned into additional parking.
