Michelle DiCaprio, Chester County's new director of voter services, gave the board a detailed operational report on preparations for the Nov. 3 general election. She said the office is expanding satellite office availability and extending drop‑box access (opening some services earlier than in prior cycles) and has revised poll‑worker training to include more scenario‑based, hands‑on exercises. "As of September 15, we have 389,585 registered voters in Chester County. Of this number, we have received 47,423 mail in ballot requests," DiCaprio said.
