Planning staff told the Commission they are preparing information for a potential area plan focused on the Boulevard corridor and are reviewing current regulations in the Boulevard Overlay District to evaluate possible future directions and updates. Mr. Leftwich provided the update during the Planning and Community Development report on May 5.
