Acting on behalf of the Human Resources Department, the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved a collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME, District Council 89, Local 1738, for a three-year term from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028. The action was recorded as approved on motion of Commissioner Yoder, seconded by Commissioner Parsons.
